Tuesday, October 1st Paint & Sip Had a long day and want to unwind? Come paint in a relaxing atmosphere. We provide the supplies. This month's painting is pumpkins or you can freestyle. You may BYOB. You must RSVP by September 30th. $35.00 per person. What's provided? 11x17 canvas, apron, painting supplies and theme. Saturday, Oct. 5th: Opening Day Holiday Art Exhibit Featuring Artist Penny Stiff Hackett & Gloria Nicholson Enjoy new art and hand crafted holiday decor from the hands of Penny Hackett and Gloria Nicholson. Light refreshments will be offered. @10:00am - 5:00pm (no cost) Poetry Live Share your original poetry or read others in an intimate setting with group discussion.@ 5:00pm (no cost) Live Music & Art w/ Singer Dionzia Santiago Enjoy live music by entertainer Dionzia Santiago. They call her a blues country singer, but she adds her own spice. Come enjoy her soulful engaging vocals in a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by art! @ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM $25.00 per person BYOB Sunday, Oct. 6th Opening Exhibit continues 12pm -4pm (no cost) Thursday, Oct. 10th Group Reading If you love to read, this is your time to shine! Read with ambient music in a relaxing space. Get comfy with hot tea or coffee. Use our seating or bring your own, yoga mat, small blanket, bring a snack and your favorite book or grab one from our selection. @1:00pm - 5:00pm Wednesday, Oct. 16th Decoration Demonstration w/ Artist Penny Hackett Get tips on how to make your own holiday ornaments and decorations. Must RSVP by October 15th. @ 1:00pm - 2:00pm $35.00 per person. Saturday, October 19th Student Exhibit Featuring Heaven Ash Enjoy the reflective works of a young artist, Miss Heaven Ash, She is a resident of Tallahassee and a student at Leon High School. This will be her first exhibit. Be a part of her journey into the arts. @1:00pm - 5:00pm (no cost/one day only). Sat., October 26th Art or Treat & Costume Contest Get your candy fix early and wear that costume more than once! Bwembya’s Market is the concept of Charles and Kena Bwembya. Charles, Zambian born, and dual citizen wanted to bring the unique culture and art to the local community as well as celebrate local black artist. The storefront is a celebration of artist of every level. Meant to share, learn, and expand culture. To connect to others through appreciation of art and creation. To aid in the sustainability of artist doing what they love.

Policy

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS Original works of art are non-returnable and non-refundable. All special orders and sales items are non-returnable & non-refundable. Merchandise cannot be cancelled by refusing to accept delivery of merchandise. Please also note that once a payment plan has been entered, we cannot back out of or refund any payments. ARTWORK PICK-UP AT GALLERY All artwork purchased online or in person for pick-up at gallery must be picked up within three (3) months of purchase. Any artwork left at gallery six (6) months from purchase will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds on abandoned work. After such time, the gallery reserves the right to put the painting/artwork back up for sale, and to sell it to another client. PAYMENT PLANS We may offer payment plans on select artworks. Deposits on the artwork are strictly non-refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to allow the client sufficient time to make the necessary financial arrangements to make full and complete payment. Artwork may be reserved on a minimum of a 50% deposit. This secures the artwork for a maximum period of 30 days. After such time, the gallery reserves the right to put the painting/artwork back up for sale, and to sell it to another client. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS You must examine goods on arrival before signing for them. Goods must be removed carefully from packaging as we accept no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during un-packaging. We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of a goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition (other than due to failure to follow instructions or misuse). Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability). If a product is damaged, please contact us at once and no later than five (5) working days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the return delivery from you if the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.
